It sounds like your surety values for your report are set too high. I had
the same problem when I began using TMG. Go to the Report Definition screen
for your FSG. Then click on the Options 2 tab. Then set the surety to No
Threshold and [check] Include blank surety.

When you did the UFT import it is likely that you imported your information
with "0" or blank surety.
