Maggie:
Two pipes (||) are used to divide the memo field into muliple fields, in
you case, M1, M2, M3. If you had used the default for assigning where the
UFT details were to go then M1 and M2 are the Detail1 and Detail2 from UFT
while M3 is what was in the text field in UFT. If you click on the
Sentence button for the tag you should see the sentence template which
should include those M fields. This is providing that you checked add memo
at end of every template. If they are there then the other thing to check
is to see if you have indicated for that tag to be printed in the CRW.
Under Options 2 on the FGS, under Tag types you indicated which tags to
print. If you have chosen Selected, you need to click on define and make
sure the Census tag is checked yes.
If you did not have the memo added to the template, then follow Myrnice's
instructions and go under the Publication Tools to indicate how you want
the memos printed.
