In general if you have a question about a field length you might consider
downloading the document "File Structures for The Master Genealogist (TMG)
for DOS and Windows." This is located at
http://www.whollygenes.com/html/files.htm#documents and what you download
will be an RTF document suitable for use with Word or Word Perfect, for
instance.
However, I found no mention of the particular fields you cited, and a quick
check of the document against reality (using FoxPro) suggests that it
hasn't been updated for version 4.0a.
