I used a custom tag called SALE, with custom roles of GRANTOR/GRANTEE.
The grantor sentence is defaulted to:
[P1] sells property <([LD])> to [P2] <[M]> <[D]>. Sale is recorded
<[LCN], [LS]>
The grantee sentence is defaulted to:
[P2] buys property <([LD])> from [P1] <[M]> <[D]>. Sale is recorded
<[LCN], [LS]>
The result looks like: "Peregrine Peters sells property (Great Hopes) to
Thomas Walker in 1837. Sale is recorded at Queen Annes Co., MD."
As you can see from the sentence I used the detail field to describe the
property itself and the suppress that from the location info in the second
phrase. It seems to be flexible enough to handle land, household goods,
even slaves should that unfortunate fact be part of the family history.
Hope this helps.
