What I would do is (in addition to the Primary Birth tag) is add a second
(non-Primary) Birth tag with the conflicting date. Then I would enter
"Conflicting evidence states that" in the Memo field and change the
Sentence to "[M] [P] was born <[D]> <[L]>" (no quotes).
