The "was" in the third sentence above is the operative word here. As with
many other things in TMG (and other database programs), deleted data is not
immediately destroyed. At the time data is deleted, it is only deleted
"logically" -- this is a programmer's term which means that the program can
no longer see the data although it is still present. The actual deletion
in this case occurs when the TMG dataset is "Optimized".
Since, Bob posted the notice _not_ to Optimize in TMG, I recommend that you
wait until he provides a fix for the problem in that feature. However,
even after you do the Optimize, you will still have a *I.FPT file although
it will be essentially empty - only 1KB in size.
