Hi, Mariana:

Well, once more I have demonstrated the fallibility of my memory. But, just
on the off chance that it has SOMETHING to do with TMG <grin> let me ask:
what the heck is an "urban compact"? Has the Green Mt. State, among other
foibles, succumbed to beaurocraspeak? More important for the discussion at
hand, are records for the Urban Compact of St. J. kept separately from the
records for the Town?

I just took over as list admin for VTCALEDO, BTW. This gaffe would not be
considered an Auspicious Beginning <big grin>.
