This i s correct. One dataset is not connected in any way with another.

Removing the *I.FPT file left pointers and a related *I.DBF file which
caused TMG to consider that your Booth dataset was damaged. This in turn
may have caused damage to various administrative databases and files used
by TMG with other datasets. I won't say that this didn't cause damage to
your other datasets, but I find it unlikely. You would need to speak with
Tech Support on this.
