Lee, regarding my previous message on
footnotes/endnotes.

My source type in this particular case is "Marriage
(Church-certificate)" and I have the following as the
output form on the full footnote.

[RECORD TYPE], [SPOUSES' NAMES]<, [DATE]>, photocopy
in <[REPOSITORY ADDRESS]> [Record Number]

When I check preview it prints as follows-----
Marriage License, Daisy Stamps, John H. Porter,
November 22, 1899, photocopy in Mankin Family Records,
PDN #P002.

Now, when I print a report, such as individual detail
for example, under publication tools I have footnotes
checked. In the footnotes it prints as follows:
Marriage License, Daisy Stamps, John H. Porter,
November 22, 1899, photocopy in PDN #P002. It does
not print "Mankin Family Records." I use this same
type of format --that is, copy in Mankin Family
Records, PDN XXXX--in most all my sources since I try
to have some type of copy on hand for all my sources.
My question is why does the full footnote show in the
preview on the source output screen but it does not
carry forward to a printed report? I've been trying to
work on my sources and get them to read the way I want
in the source output preview but if it is not going to
transfer to print that way, what"s up???
