I suspected that you had a marriage group tag with only one name in it.
(Could be marriage, divorce, engagement, etc.) You would then need to either
add a second name to the tag, or delete the tag. However, when I tried this
in my Tester dataset, the Family View did not show a ghost spouse. Have you
tried File > Maintenance > Reindex, Optimize, or Repair?
