As Beth noted in the PS to her reply, the [EDITOR] Source Element could be
used in place of the <[CD], >. Thus requiring only the <, [CD]> (rather
than [CD2]) for the page number(s), and anything else we want to add.
As John notes for the "Edited by..."/"edited by..." situation, this would
still have to be edited in the final report. Personally, I would probably
enter it as "Edited by..." and forget about it. The extra capital letter
in the Full Footnote (while not proper) would not be of major concern to
most people (very academically-minded publishers and well-respected
periodical editors notwithstanding <g>). If that is the only error in a
report, then .... <g>
