George didn't mention it, but there may be other persons that don't fit
this criteria. This particularly does not include persons for who no Birth
Tag Group tag exists or doesn't have a Date. It might be better to first
rest every person's Living Flag to "?". Then make two other List of People
reports - one as Geoge noted above and the second would be the reverse.
Then generate another List of People report for all persons for whom the
Living Flag is still "?". This would tell you who did not fall into either
the living or not living category and you could either modify the filter as
needed or just manually set those to "Y" or "N".
