There is such a template that can be printed from the TMG Tips website (URL
below). Actually there are two such templates - one by Linda
Kralman-Lambert (flash card style) and th other by Mike Dickson (more of a
keyboard style). Look for the Tips, Hints, and Helps from other users page
option.
