Jan:

The file is located in your TMGW\REPORTS directory. Open Word and request
to open a file. It will automatically open My Documents ... click your back
icon until you are back to My Computer, then click on C:, then TMGW, then
REPORTS and your file should appear ... as it will be saved with the
extension of .DOC.
