Our family has used Paint Shop Pro for several years to acquire, edit,
annotate and store photographs. I'm currently using version 5 though I
think the latest iteration is version 7. The photos have gone easily into
TMG4 and WP8 and we have been well pleased. I'm sure there are other
good programs, both more and less expensive.
