Have you tried contacting the tech support people? I also think there is a way to take from a PAF backup. I imported from Brothers Keeper and it came through fine.

Thanks, Bonita,
I tried that using TMG's PAF4 import option and the PAF4 data IMPORT bombed !

The only way I could get my data (from Legacy) was to export it to a GEDCOM 5.5 file and then import it into TMG. PAF4 had no problems handling my
Legacy PAF4 formatted output file.

I even tried reloading TMG to make sure I had a GOOD PROGRAM. It acts the same way after the uninstall and re-install.
