Thanks Lee and Bob -- I've got it now. I guess I had manually changed a lot
more of my sentence structures than I had thought.
If I can go on a bit, perhaps you can give me some more advice. Bob asked if
"fit my memos" really means add a source. Nope. I'm OK with the sources and
citations but the narrative sentences are really bugging me because they all
seem to read the same in a report -- "He was born on . . . He married . . .
He was in the census of . . . That kind of repetitive sentence structure
(even with the addition of unique memos) really leaves me cold. I'd like
some variety in the sentence structure. I'm not at a stage yet in TMG to know
other ways to change it that might be easier. I've read people's comments
that it may be best to leave the sentence structure at the default and change
them individually as needed. I've tried that but then I print out a
narrative report and things don't seem to flow. It reads choppy. You can see
I'm not happy and at a loss here. Any thoughts?
