Fantastic idea, Bob. Can't believe I didn't think of it. Thanks for sharing
before I got ambitious enough to change any of the default sentences. =D

A suggestion:

When changing Sentence structures, work with one single individual first.
Make the changes, preview a narrative report, adjust/refine the sentence,
run other report variations.

When you finally have the person's sentence where you think it is working
perfectly for you, highlight it, then do a copy (<Ctrl><C>), then <F4> Add
Tag, Edit, and paste (<Ctrl><V>) in the sentence field. Now you have a new
default sentence for all persons.

I would further suggest that you create a document or text file and keep a
running log of changes you have made, such as:

Death Tag:
02Feb01 - Principal: [P] died <[D]> <[L]> <[A]>
Original sentence structure
02Feb01 - Principal: [P] died <[D]> <[L]> <[A]> <[M]>
Added Memo to record cause of death

In this way you can track changes you've made and why. By Copy/Paste, you
can also use other versions to make changes or revert back to earlier
versions. You could even make a "ChangeLog" person and make the log a text
exhibit.
