Lee - I must really have gremlins! For the past 2 or 3 days the arrowhead
key had skipped a person each time (but I didn't discover it until
yesterday). Today when I attempted to go through the exact steps so I could
explain in detail to Tech Support, wouldn't you know it, the damn thing goes
directly to the next person!

We have been having troubles with Windows so this morning I did a complete
Scandisk. Maybe something was being held in memory that was goofing this
thing up. All I know is that our Windows won't shut down. It just hangs at
shut down.

I think it is time to back up to zips and load Windows 2000Professional.
