Me too. I had a crash which resulted in the the dreaded "Error 41; missing
or damaged memo file" on Sunday evening (UK time). I emailed the damaged
dataset to Wholly genes at 1 pm Eastern Time and received the repaired
dataset back from Dorothy at 11am the following morning. Fantastic support.
