Hi Rae Jean,

I think I understand why you are having problems, your Reader is an older
version than what was used to create the pages. The current reader can be
downloaded from:

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

I just wish I knew why the results for others vary from no problem to no success
at all.
