I did notice that there are three levels in the bookmarks where you get the
message "The Sample Reports can be accessed by using the bookmarks to the left.
etc. "

However I did not have any problem reading the pages if I accessed the lowest
level of the bookmark. I wonder if this is the problem that others are talking
about?

I have Adobe Acrobat 4.05a (full version).
