I downloaded the "table of contents.pdf" file(right mouse click), and only downloaded that file, then when opening the TOC the report files are not found for each individual report.

When I double click on the link in the www.tgmtips.com Acrobat dynamically starts and it knows the additional files are still at www.tgmtips.com and opens them.

Some others may be dong the same.
