This was asked off list but I will answer on list because others may also want
to know.

Question: How do you send the reports from TMG4.0d to a PDF
format. I don't see that option in TMG4.0d.

It is not an option in TMG 4 but is expected to be in TMG5.0. I have Adobe
Acrobat which includes several programs, one of which is Acrobat Writer. There
are other programs that include Acrobat Writer and it installs like a printer.
When I printed the reports, I simply selected Acrobat Writer as the printer and
the PDF document is produced.

Because I have the full program, I was able to add things like buttons that
could not be added with just Acrobat Writer. The full program sells for $278, I
believe, and I do not recommend it for occasional use at that price. I was
lucky and got mine for $99 and I am glad I bought it and I do recommend it at
the lower price.
