Another option is the _free_ PDF software from www.ctrlp.com (you do have to
register with them to download it and to get the key to unlock the program).
I've been using it for about 3 months and have received _no_ spam or other
unsolicited e-mail due to the registration. It works like Acrobat Writer in
that it installs as a printer and you cannot add any embelishments to the
file, but it works very well.
