It took me a couple of minutes to figure out how to see the examples, but I
did it. Thanks for the look see. I did print several for myself.

The link on the page opened automatically in Adobe Acrobat 4.0. The files
were all open and I had to go to the lowest link of each title and double
click it. Each opened correctly---I had no problems.
