Thanks to everyone for their thoughts on this. Chuck and Lee both pointed
out that Mills has become a standard for publication -- that's good to know.
While I'm not that ambitious at the moment <g>, if I ever convincingly
identify Serena Viles's mom I probably will want to submit an article,
because she's been a real challenge worth sharing. :) Likewise if I ever
print any sort of book I'll probably want to use standard cites. So again,
that's good to know. Thanks.

Meanwhile, however, I think I'll lumber along with my Lackey sources and (as
Frankie and Theresa pointed out) just make up my own templates when
something doesn't fit easily.

Appreciate the thoughts, everyone. :)
