This is what I understand you to say.

I started a new file. I initialized Mills. Closed my file. Reopened my
file. Selected custom sources and started building my custom sources. Now
as long as I don't switch from custom sources in the configuration file
again. My custom sources will remain as is.

Question: If I upgrade to the next version of TMG will that affect my
customs sources?
