Marilyn-I have no idea of how much work I am talking about in your case, of
course, but if you are new to TMG you ought to at least look at some of the
census systems that have been promulgated especially for TMG. Look at Diane
Begeman's system which I use and with which am very satisfied. In her system
the year of the census does appear in the tag, if that is important to you as
it would be to me. Her system allows collection of census data for a given
year and county as well as a standard format for data entry that can be set
up via the text macro system. It is worth a look-Dale
