Bonita,

I have been using TMG for ages on a Dell PC. I even tried to run it on a
MAC when it first come out and gave into purchasing the PC so I could run
TMG. I had been obtaining the info. in the footer then I noticed it no
longer was there and I couldn't recalled the instant it disappeared.

Lee Hoffman led me to the source of the problem when he said make a back-up
the Syetem configuration and run REPAIR.EXE.

I couldn't find the procedure to back up the System Config but in reading
over the plurb about RESEARCHER INFORMATION I noticed the note "it will be
printed out in the position opposite the page number!!!! I had turned off
the page numbers because I was adding a completely new header using a MACRO
in MSW.

The short of it is you HAVE to ask for page numbers to get researcher
information & date to be placed in the report.


Lee, I couldn't determine the procedure to back-up the System
Configuration. It says "Click on the [Backup] button then select from three
choices" One of which was other system settings. I couldn't find the three
choices.

problem of no Researcher & date problem.
