One of the great things about TMG is that Bob Velke refuses to release
software before it is ready (ie no waiting for x.1 version...) So the
best, and only possible, answer is 'When it's ready.'

I believe that past practice has been that if you buy the current version
within x days of the release of the new version, you would get the new
version for free. This is a new go-round, so the only ones who can give
you a definitive answer on that are TMG themselves
