Hi:
In my C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND folder, running Windows 98 Second Edition, there
is a SUBST.EXE (for what it's worth). After some very bad experiences under
other versions of Win 9x I have shied away from it. Never had any trouble
with versions of Win 3.x or DOS.
