Billy,

I set up a source called Personal Knowledge of Linda Lawhon. I based
it upon the interview template but changed the fields to suit my
purposes.

My full footnote sentence is:

<[AUTHOR], ><[AUTHOR ADDRESS],> [RECORD TYPE]<, [CD]>.

My bibliographic sentence is:

<[AUTHOR].>< [AUTHOR ADDRESS].> [RECORD TYPE].

I put the details in the citation detail.
