Gary - Are the sentences you provided below created at the tag definition
level or are these custom sentences that you used when you added a tag?

You might check to see if one or the other (eithe the tag definition
sentence or a custom one at the tag entry screen) doesn't have a <[M]> or
[M] tacked onto the end.
