Cynthia, it sounds as though you have many programs open when you start
TMG and not enough memory to handle all of them. Many computer
manufacturers set WIN to open IE, OE and other programs which you don't
need on all the time and perhaps never use. Also starting TMG first
often helps. Reinstalling TMG is not the answer.
What are you system specifications?
