Patricia,
This might not be what you have in mind, but I created a TEXT tag. If
someone sends me a journal narrative about an ancestor, and I already have
some but not all the information, I copy the text to the memo field of the
TEXT tag. Now if someone else want information on that line, I can send the
text along. As I enter the information and source into TMG, I then delete
the original TEXT tag. But at least the information is there and linked to
the correct person.
