I have a similar project I'm thinking of taking on. My solution will be to
write a data entry/sourcing "manual" for them and have everyone get a copy of
PAF and input the data into that then send me a copy of the PAF file which
I'll import into TMG. The files will be kept small so that I can easily
monitor the input and "coach" them in style, etc.
