I was having a constant problem with freezing on my laptop, especially if I opened graphics or ran any graphics-oriented programs while TMGW was open. I added 128 mb of RAM (about $60), increasing total RAM to 192, and I don't have any more problems with freezing.
Good luck!
Diane

Subject: [TMG] TMG & WinMe
I have been using Windows Me for some time with my desktop. TMGW has done a
few strange things of which the most aggravating is locking up the computer
when attempting to open an exhibit. This does not always happen but it does
it very often. I have to run repair then go in to tools to do some
configuring and reentering my name and address. I hadve been blaming my
computer more that Me but I am on the roadat a family history reunion and
attempting to work with TMGW on my notebook which has WinMe. The identical
problem is happening! Just attempting to access exhibits has become a
gamble or a risk. I keep locking up with someone sitting here asking for
information. It appears to be a porblem with TMGW working with Me. Has
anyone else had this problem? It is more than frustrating.
