Bob,

Not sure why you assumed I am running Win95, but I am
not. I am running Win98SE. However, there have even
been postings from people running ME and Win2000 that
have complained about the crashing problem. At no
time did I indicate that Bob Velke should release a
program that is not ready, but by the same token it is
evident that he has failed to release a program that
is capable of running correctly on todays operating
systems. He instead has found numerous excuses to
avoid working on and releasing an acceptable version
of the software. As I stated, "launch TMG before
opening anything else on your computer" is an
extremely poor answer for tech support to have to give
people. I continue to use TMG only because I paid for
it, and there are features that I prefer over the
other programs I am considering. Bob Velke once
commented in an email to me that he wont do like other
genealogy software developers and release a program
that has bugs. He was referring to Legacy. I assure
you, that although Legacy does have some minor bugs,
the developers do listen to the users and the "bugs"
are corrected in "the next build" which is frequent.
