I am puzzled by John's reference to prepayment. My recollection is that
Wholly Genes said they would not debit our cards until FTST was actually
released. I just checked with my husband, who is doing our accounts as I
write, and he confirmed that Wholly Genes have not yet debited my card.
I do agree with John about communication, however. It would be great if
someone at Wholly Genes could update the website with a friendly message
every couple of weeks, basically saying hang in there folks, beta testing is
progressing, we want to get it right etc.
