My questions (possibly/probably premature): If you order the FTST
download version and receive a credit of $14.95 toward purchase of TMG
5.0, do you then receive a CD-ROM copy of FTST with the purchase of
TMG 5.0 CD's? Will 5.0 be sent on CD's? And will the gold/silver
editions be continued?
