The ESPIA_I.FLL file should be located in your TMGW\LIBS
directory/folder. If it is not, either move it there (assuming that you
find it elsewhere) or re-install TMG. If you do a re-install (you don't
have to un-install TMG to re-install it), be sure to do a backup of your
dataset(s) first (they won't be affected by the re-install, but it is good
to be safe.).
Also be sure to have a backup of your TMG System Configuration data.

To backup your System Configuration data:
-- Select Tools=>Options from the top menu to display the System
Configuration window.
-- Click on the Backup button on the General tab of the System
Configuration window.
-- Select all three elements (or as desired) and click on the
Backup button to display the standard Windows Save As window.
-- Accept the default Backup File Name (or enter your own [with
the CFG extension]) by clicking on the Save button. You may also wish to
adjust the directory/folder in which the backup is to be saved. It will
default to the specified Backups Directory entered on the Advanced tab of
the System Configuration Screen (defaulting to A:\).

After re-installing TMG, restore the System Configuration data as follows:
-- Start TMG and proceed through the new user process.
-- Select Tools=>Options from the top menu.
-- Click on the Restore button.
-- Click on the Yes button to acknowledge the question.
-- Select the desired System Configuration backup file
(*.CFG). You may need to select the specific directory/folder first.
-- Click on the Restore button.
-- Acknowledge the question (is this the right backup file?).
-- Click on the Cancel button and the click on the OK button.
At this point your TMG installation should be working properly.

Hope this helps -
