Cheri,
You suggested I look at the TMG-L archives. I think you missed
my point. Previous discussions about irregular dates have been about how
they are interpreted and used. My point is that TMG will accept "tt" but
not "tot". It will accept "tupee" but not "toupee". The quirk seems to
be any word with "to" as the first letters seems unacceptable to TMG. I
cannot find any rationale for this.

I haven't tried all letter combinations but I cannot enter any
Irregular Date starting with the letters "to". I was only testing
something and for fun wanted to use "today" and "tomorrow" as dates. As
soon as I tabbed to the Sort Date field, the entries disappeared. Any
word consisting of only letters (including special alphabetic characters)
beginning with "to" (eg, toæçñ) gives the same result. If I include any
number after the "to" (eg, to2), it becomes acceptable. Any other
letters seem acceptable. "Yesterday" is perfectly acceptable.
I haven't found anything under "Help" to explain this. Any
thoughts?
