Just wanted to say "Thank you, Dorothy." Also to let the "list" know about the great service that TMG provides. Many times we just tell everyone about the problems we have and not about the good things that happen. As you see below I didn't send my message until Saturday afternoon. On Monday morning, Dorothy called me and gave me instructions. They worked!! I am now back in business with new backups and optimise now works. No error messages.

Hi:

This is the first time I have had a TMG problem I couldn't fix myself. Every time I try to optimize, I get the above error message. I have tried Repair in the program and outside of the program. So far, everything appears to work OK except I can't optimise. What should I do now?

Thanks for your help. I hate to take you away from working on the Ver. 5. But I would hate to lose all my work.
