A couple of thoughts. From reading some of Elizabeth Mills' work
(either in the Register or a while back when she occasionally visited
this list) I got the idea to use the form "in possession of the
author" or the like when referring to source info that the writer
holds. I like that, as it sounds better to me than listing my own name
as the repository, and avoids the whole address issue. So when I'm
ready to "publish" something, I think I'll change the repositories
that refer to me to read that way.

In the meantime, I precede both physical and email addresses of my
living sources with the exclusion marker, and thus they don't print in
anything I share. If I want to provide the address in a specific case,
I do it separately. Now in the case of a real book, I guess I'd have
to think through what I want to put in print.
