This problem seems to be pretty well in hand now, thanks to messages from Lee Hoffman and Terry Reigel, and to a bit of luck. While searching the TMG Tips site for the technique of adding a button to toolbar to bring up the Individual Narrative Report, I accidentally found a series of templates for UK data. These imported perfectly. They will make the work easier.

Incidentally, the toolbar button for Individual Narrative also saves time. You still have to go through several steps, but it's easier.
