Debbie,

I use the "State" field and enter the Canton this way:

Canton Zurich
Canton Basel
Canton Aargau


I chose State because it is one step down from the country level, as is a
Canton. I've not found a use for the "County" field with my Swiss lines; I
put the town in City and the hamlet or village in "Detail".
