Go to "Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup" and
select the "C" drive and click "OK". Check every item on the list and click
"OK" again.

If you have other drives you might want to do this to them also.

After you have cleaned up all of your drives it is a good idea to defragment
your drives. I would caution you to do this sometime wnen you are not going
to be using the computer for several hours, such as when you are going to
bed for the night.

Click on "Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragmenter"
and select "All hard drives" if you have more than one or select "C" drive
if that is the only one you have.
