For what it is worth, the "Census xxxx" tags are custom tags imported from
UFT. The standard "Census" tag (without any year attached) has a sentence
structure of "[:CR:][:CR:][PF] <|and [POF]> appeared on the census <of [D]>
<[L]>. <[:CR:][M].[:CR:][:CR:]>" which will print out a more readable
sentence.
I doubt that the Custom "Census xxxx" tags will be changed as you can put
anything you wish it the structure.
You can change the sentence on the custom tags by going to "Add > Tag",
select the tag you wish to change (highlight it) and click on the "Edit"
radio button.
Change the sentence and all occurences of the tag, which have not been
changed in the individual tags, will now use the new sentence structure.
