Glee,

You might try the patch that Microsoft has for FoxPro 2.6. When I first
installed TMGW in my WIN2000 based PC I had a problem with a "Divide by
Zero" error. The FoxPro 2.6 patch takes care of this issue.

I wish I knew what the exact wording was, but I did not write it down. I
use Windows 2000 Professional. I assumed that I had received the latest
version since I just received the software yesterday, but, alas, I have 4.0c.
Interesting, since I ordered it directly from Wholly Genes.

Glee,

Some additional information is needed.

What is the exact wording of the error message or messages that you get from
FoxPro?
What version of Windows are you using? Also, are you using the latest
version of TMGW, revision 4.0d?

Bob

Help! I have just installed TMG and am having frequent Fox Pro errors which
either the option of 'ignore' or 'close' do not work. The program shuts down
and can not be reopened without rebooting the computer. I went through the
'File' 'Repair' and no serious errors were found. Should I be concerned? I
am nervous because my FTM file is permanently corrupted and can not be
restored. I do not want to go through the same issue again.

Family Tree SuperTools (FTST) is still being developed. Wholly Genes has
stated that they will release it when it is ready.
